Merit America is a national nonprofit that prepares adults without college degrees for upwardly mobile careers in emerging industries (e.g., data analytics, cybersecurity, project management, UX design, advanced manufacturing). Through part-time, flexible programs designed for working adults, they help learners gain in-demand skills, earn industry-recognized credentials, access career coaching and job placement support. Learners pay $0 up front and only pay back tuition cost once they secure good jobs. The average Merit America graduate earns approximately 24K more after only 4 months on the job.
